Muslim Nikah photography

Nikah coverage requires planning around separated seating and family preferences on photography. We staff mixed crews so a woman photographer can cover the bride's side throughout.

Questions

Muslim Nikah

01
Do you have photographers who have shot Muslim Nikahs?
Yes. We assign crews who already know the Muslim ritual order, including Mangni, Manjha, Mehendi, so nobody has to be told where to stand.
02
What time does a Muslim Nikah usually happen?
Nikah often after evening prayers; walima the following day.
03
How many photographers do we need for a Muslim Nikah?
Two photographers and one cinematographer is the usual minimum for a single-venue ceremony. Where functions run in parallel, or the guest count crosses four hundred, we add a second team.
04
Which rituals matter most photographically?
Mangni (Engagement); Manjha (Turmeric ceremony); Mehendi (Henna night); Baraat and Istikbal (Groom's party welcomed). These are unrepeatable, so the crew is positioned before they start.
